Welcome to this short and brief list of my current 'Bumper' nudges!

In order to avoid a nose dive into the realms of health failure, I use inspiring books, podcasts and social media profiles to gently nudge me back on track.  We cannot be on top of our game all the time but we can still be in the game.

I have, what I consider to be, a fair amount of knowledge on health success and I STILL need inspiration to stay on track and avoid temptation.  This is not weakness it is reality.

Surround yourself with support and you stand a much better chance of smashing your goals.

Think of these nudges as your alarm clock on days you might sleep in...without it things could go very wrong!!! 😉
