Measuring 25cm x 9cm, they are the perfect size to completely cover the eyes. They are slightly weighted to give a comforting pressure.

When my brain will not switch off, I turn to my eye pillow. I warm in the microwave and add a sleep mist to the fabric. Works for me everything, an amazing product.

Such a lovely weighted pillow for such a reasonable price.
I use mine with a lavender sleep spray to help me drift off at night. A perfect way to help switch off the brain and sleep after the day of work.
